1994 Ford F250 Supercab "focus wont start engine" Questions

...wont crank just clicks like 20 times then when you turn key over only clicks I changed the solenoid didn't change ,charged batterys nothing changed any ideas please help Check your battery terminals ...

focus 1.8 tdci 2000 wont start after engine swap i got a ford focus 1.8 tdci 2000 that i needed to swap engine bc of a hole in the motorblock, now after i put all back whit a new engine it wont start.
