1993 Buick Park Avenue "ac driver side" Questions

Driver side get's a vent, heat and AC. When Ac is on only very hot heat comes out on passenger side. Dual climate control on passenger side is off, any suggestions? @ mechanics can't find the problem!

1998 Buick Park Avenue Ultra, AC was low on charge, recharged system. Passenger side now put out cold air, Driver side puts out hot air. Do you have a solution? still low on charge usually problem.
