No power to A/C compressor, fuses all good, jumped hi and low side sensor still compressor doesn't engage. Jump a hot wire to the compressor to make sure the clutch coil is still working.

why does cooler fan works intermitingly when heater fan is on? The cooling fans are most likely cycling on ,and off with the ac compressor.
