2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD "causes upper brake light work" Questions

upper hatch brake light works fine. The fuses and brake switch look fine. I don't know if there is a relay I'm missing. All other light and turn signals work fine. Turn signal switch 95% of t he time.
