1994 Chevrolet C1500 "cab fuse block" Questions

cab under the dash. Is there another location for fuses? If not, any solution? I am nearly positive that this model has an additional fuse block under the hood. Look on the driver's side of the engine

cab. Drivers side behind panel by left knee. However, I don't think the block heater has a fuse; it's wired direct to the plug that goes into the wall socket. It may have an internal fuse in teh block
