1997 nissan quest rear ac not working i have 1997 nissan quest Ac and heat flow at front working but rear not work please tell me the problem

my 1996 Nissan quest replace water pump? It over heat,and the gage stay hot even refill new water fluid same thing. Did you replace the (Termostat)? If it is stuck shut, Your engine will over heat.
