temp is getting hotter than usual it is probably air in the system it could also be a stuck sensor. if the coolant is full in the rad and the overflow bottle then these are known for the coolant level

ideas what i can check??? Try replacing the coolant control temp sensor, the one to the computer (usually it will have two wires), not the sensor to the temp light or gauge (usually has only one wire)
