my 2007 Envoy low beam do not work but the fog lamps and the high beam dose work. two possibilities. your lights are bad or you have a bad hi/low switch. i would check the lights first.

...side of the assembly, the top cap is for the low beam, remove cap and turn bulb socket CCW to release socket. Unplug old bulb and install new, DO NOT touch bulb glass. Re-assemble in reverse
