109 marked on it just to the left of the relay marked 100. It has a single set of contacts inside. It is turned off and on by the ignition which rarely fails. The ground to this relay sometimes fails.

...in, he replaced the ignition switch ($53 part, $80 installation) and presto... the problem is fixed. I dont know any history of your car but the cheapest possible fix is to replace relay 109
