plug wires you might have one crossed. get a wiring diagram and check each wire from the cap to the plug , cyl 1 to cyl1 ect. it is very easy to cross one. make sure the wires are on the cap correctly

sure that the Plug Wires are going to the right Plug. make sure you have a good contect with the Plug and Plug wire. make sure that the Plug wire is in the Cap and the Cap is on right and clamped down
