2003 envoy sounds like a jet i just replaced fan clutch and still sounds loud IT MAY BE THAT THE CLUTCH IS LOCKED UP BY DEFAULT, SO THE ELECTRONICS TO THE FAN CLUTCH ARE MOST LIKELY THE PROBLEM.
