1993 Mazda Protege "blower 626" Questions

i have a 1999 mazda 626. a/c works with blower on 1-3 but doesn`t blow, blower works on 4 but a/c goes off ? blower on its own only works on 4 ? Needs a blower motor resistor.

Mazda 626, it vibrates when stopped. Even worse when a/c is blowing. Is this an intake blower issue? Also it stops vibrating once the car is driving atleast over 20 mph or more. Maybe bad motor mount.
