speedometer quit working .I am in the process of changing the stepper motor. what i want to know is , when you take the cluster apart do you take the dials off the gauges,and if so how do you do this

speedometer needle. Similar servos also move the rest of the needles in the other gauges. I see this type of failure fairly often and the fix is to remove the cluster and have it sent out for repairs.
