99 suburban front Ac fan does not work, if I drive over 40 mph there seems to be cool air being pushed thru if you put your hand infront of the vent.Back AC works good. heat works almost the same way.

fan working and air comes out of other vents. I assume the door for directing the airflow is not switching. Any ideas? yes you need to check 3 things the actuator for that should be above the throttle
