1997 Pontiac Bonneville "car radio cd spits" Questions

Cd player on my 97 bonneville gives E20 error message and spits the cd back out. The radio works fine, how can I fix this? You need to replace the cd lens.

as soon as you put them in. Tried to use a CD cleaner but it just spat that cd out too!!! Think l may have to visit the dealer. :-( internal problem in radio.. radio needs to be sent out for repairs..
