1984 Nissan 300ZX "280zx problems" Questions

I have a '81 280zx NA. When I turn the car off the dash door, brake, fuel, and clock lights don't turn off. The car was hacked by the previous owner. I've made attempts to correct many of the mistakes

My 1983 Datsun 280zx is not wanting to start. And i just replaced the spark plugs and wires. What else could be the problem? It could be the coil, are you definately getting fuel through?
