My 02 Camaro 3.8 has coolant in oil and white smoke could it be a water pump?.oil pump or is it only a head gasket issue?

What engine oil should i use in my vectra 2003 sri 2.2 ? I have been using full synth 5w/40 but am having to top up every 100 miles or so with no smoke, leaks, or ****** oil ?

test passes so must be the carb. it not oil fouling its unburned fuel. (dry carbon, or even gas soaked carbon, sniff sniff, oh gosh its is gas..... not oil......there.....) CARB 101: dont vast numbers
