2001 Dodge Caravan "p0601 code truck runs fine" Questions

Code P0601 pointed to the PCM and codes P0700 and P0605 to the TCM. I purchased a refurbished PCM from a local business and they reflashed the unit with my VIN and mileage. PCM cost $225 and TCM $200.
