wiper arm connections/post and/or wiper motor gear...or possibly bent operating assembly,,,first remove the arms from the post.they should have a small locking device just under the arm at the bottom.

wiper arm there is likely a plastic cover or cap. When you remove that cap or cover there will be a nut that holds the wiper arm to the post. Align the arm back to it's proper position and tighten
