hood wont latch down hood wont stay closed, lever on the inside of car feels too easy to pull....help greatly appreciated lubricate the hood latch

see if the latch is binding and if the hood cable is not pulling back to the neutral position. Good luck and keep me posted. A good spray of WD 40 will help clean out any corrosion and dirty too. 

the wings should be sticking up higher that usual. pull on the "B" while pushing the hood up and after this point the hood should stay up after fully up by the struts under the hood. hope this helps..
