remove heator core heater leaking onto carpet. heater core is difficult to change.try a can of bars leaks or aluma-seal.this can be very effective sometimes

I fixed mine by removing the hoses from the connections on the firewall and back flushing using a garden hose until the water ran clear. you could change the heater core if you really like a challenge
