hook your test lite to the hot wire on the plug. turn the switch on if it lites up the blower motor is bad. also if you tap on the motor while the switch is on and it jumps or comes to life the blower

Maybe they didn't hook the motor back up when they replaced the heater core. It takes a ground and a hot wire.I can't remember where it's at but it may be part of the same unit. Did you check the fuse
