the test light . If the test light lights then the horns are bad and need to be replaced. If the test light does not light then remove the steering wheel air bag and ck the horn wire under the air bag

steering wheel up and down and back and forth you will have to remove the air bag the horn and horn button and tighten the two screws that are tork heads #8 to fix this issue. Comments: Aug 20, 2009 -
