distributor cap.and replaced cap and rotor.did fine for awhile.now,is the third time I,ve done this, i noticed it was wet inside cap.it seems like oil not water.this is what is causing the miss fire.?

is the problem. If it's a distributor cap problem, how do I know which is the right cap to purchase? Are there other reasons why it might not work in the wet or humid weather? Quality and good one
