2002 Volkswagen Cabrio "truck rumbles accelerating" Questions

Hi I have a 99 VW Cabrio that shakes and rumbles when I accelerate. I replaced my tires in July and had them balanced again yesterday and it still shakes and rumbles.....please advise:) have you tried
