1996 Pontiac Grand Am "1994 turn signals" Questions

1994 grand am is there a turn signal relay that is seperate from the turn signal flasher?????? i replaced flasher and hazards work but turn signals come on, but do not flash..... no i have a 94 ga too

...the bulb. When I try and use my turn signals ,which ever direction I turn, my lights won't blink on inside or out. They just turn off on the outside which ever side I turn to.What is causing this
