2005 Dodge Grand Caravan "code p0016 sensor cam" Questions

got a p 0016 code. changed both crank and cam sensor no luck. engine bucks at 3500 rpm Looks like it will be a wiring/connector issue or timing belt/chain issue - P0016 for more info.
