2005 Dodge Caravan "seat wont" Questions

...seat in the front so it wont fly open and its been like this for almost a month.. do you know why its not latching?? adjust the handle or clip that the latch clamps onto the one on the car ...

the back of my drivers seat keeps falling back and sometimes wont lock at all. How do I fix it you would be better off to journey to the junk yard a buy one out of another van it would be cheaper
