BRAKE SHOES ARE ON THE INSIDE OF THE BACK OF THE ROTOR INSIDE THE DRUM PART OF THE ROTOR THE CARAVAN HAS A ROTOR AND DRUM ASSEMBLY ALL IN ONE ON THE REAR AND THE SHOES PROBABLY NEED TO BE LOOSENED OFF

THE BACK BRAKE DRUM IS STUCK ON AND I CAN NOT REMOVE IT odds are the brakes are adjusted out against the drum you have to de -adjust them, make sure the e brake cable is not pulling on them.
