evap purge solenoid. I replaced the solenoid and will replace the thermostat as well(separate issue...) Does replacing the solenoid solve this problem or is there a physical bulb that must be replaced

be greatly appreciated . Replace the EVAP purge solenoid. It is powered off the same fuse and it works as you are driving and not at idle . The MAF sensor is working all the time the engine is running
