cylinder 1 and fuel injection stuck open One problem will cause another in this case.  You can try to just change the fuel injector in the number 1 cylinder and see if the misfire straightens out

misfire on cylinder 1 try changing your plug wires, and see if that works, or pour some injector cleaner in the gas, (if it's fuel injected), or replace the injector on #1 cylinder
