2007 Dodge Sprinter "not start" Questions

...will not start my 2003 dodge`s high presher fuel pump was leaking on top.i did replaced a oil ring now it do not start at all.i took air from the line and it still donot start .what should i do

will not start we change out the Cam pulley and now it will not start . It turns over but nothing else Sounds like the alignment is messed up. You will have to fix this before it will start.
