Sharp AQUOS Blu-ray Disc Player "blue problems dvds" Questions

blue screen I can play all my dvds but they appear to come out with a fine picture but everything is blue. Would anyone know what the problem could be? YOUR CABLES TO THE TV ARE NOT HOOKED PROPERLY OR

have tryed other blue rays and dvds and they work fine.i returned the moive and got a different one and it does the same thing what do i do? most of the times a firmware upgrade would fix this problem
