Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1: Windows "video 3g2" Questions

need help i am useing my SD card to upload my videos onto my lap top, windows media player is saying it cannot play the files the player might not support the files type or might not support the codec

i downloaded video to my mu820 mp3 but it says unknown source Videos are not MP3, Only 3GP, 3G2 and/or MPEG4 formats are supported
