Spec Research KW 580-I4 (KW-580I4) Serial Adapter "hear head set caller" Questions

...set at the top of my phone. I can't get rid of it! Callers can only hear me talk if I plug in the ear plugs. Please help me. that happen to my phone,put your head phone in and see if ppl can hear
