...happened to me and i could not figure it out for ages . check your sticky keys you will find one is on. press fn then f? together, your manual should tell you which keys these are. hope this
fn Most of the time this will work. 1. Try pressing both the left and right CTRL keys at the same time and see if that releases CTRL. 2. Go to Start / Settings / Control Panel / Accessibility Options
