Panasonic Viera TX-32LX70 32 in. LCD TV "10 flashes" Questions

tv does not come on, indicater light flashes in a series of 10 flashes I had a 42pz80u that flashed 10 times and it was the power supply that was bad. Once I replaced it the tv worked perfect again.
