Casio EXILIM EX-Z70 Digital Camera "mega power reset" Questions

casio exilim 7.2 mega pixel camera, will not remain on when turned on. Has error message of (RETRY POWER ON) &( LENS ERROR) . Any Ideas ? Resets ? lens assembly jambed .
