SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player "bt view working" Questions

"sansa.fmt" -disconnet it from computer now. it will formatted. u will lose all the data saved in it. bt the player will work as usual. it may be possible that u will not be able to view pics or vdeos

bt could nt make it detect.....pls do reply if u hav a solution....... My isn't working either. When I turn it on, the"Sandisk" screen light up and then goes to black. I then have to wait afew minutes
