Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player "wont sign work new laptop" Questions

sign, it just shows me the battery bar filling. i have half a battery so i dont understand why it wont sync up with my computer. my computer wont detect it at all. and it connects fine with my laptop.

sign but wont sync or charge. dont bother replacing the battery on your own or through a 3rd party because it most likely is the firm ware and apple will charge you a flat fee regardless of the issue.
