m dying without my tune's. lol have you tried connecting it to a different computer or a different usb port?? sometimes that happens with my ipod but i usually change the usb port and then it works ok

Sansa c-200 mp3 player ( refresh database screen stuck)

usb port and then get to running the recovery tool and says my specific model isnt found. Is there a diff solution for my specific model. Its a 2 gb player... I am pretty sure its a c-200, or an e-200
