Ipod wont connect to computer or itunes I have re/un installed itunes, restarted both my ipod and computer. Did a diagnostic test and when i came out of the diagnostic test it gave me an error saying

nothing happens when i connect my itouch to itunes, why? on your iTunes click Help-Run diagnostics only tick the connectivity tests and that will tell you whats wrong hope this helps :)
