Casio G''zOne Type S Cellular Phone "blueant z9i" Questions

Z9i by speaking "Pair Me."  Three days later the BlueAnt died and I had to buy a new one.  I can't get it to pair saying "Pair Me", or anything else.  What am I doing wrong?  Thank
