...works.Not the speaker Odds are it's a damaged wire and there won't be anything you can do to fix it. My suggestion would be to get a small set of portable speakers that use the headphone

headphone jack is soldered to it. I can only conclude that your sound card is likely hardwired to the mainboard (motherboard) and that the way it feeds to the speakers is through the main power ribbon
