No sound from my headphone jack but from my laptop speaker is ok. Find the sound controls on your laptop and turn headphone volume On and Up. Or jack the headphone where the speakers go.

when i put them in the tv they work for like a sec and they stop working Turn volume on tv all the way up and make sure your batteries are charged. Also test on a PC or laptop if u can.
