Targus Port 3.1 Easy Roller "replace wheels bag" Questions

Wheels have gone and cant find replacement. Any pointers? My Port 3.1 bag had a bad wheel - called Targus customer support at 1-877-482-7487 and they're sending me replacement wheels with the hardware
