Samsung HT-X40 System "home theater fan working" Questions

Home Theater System SA-HT95 gives you "NO DISC" while trying to play a DVD. Also noticed fan does not work. I pulled cover and unplugged fan. Checked the connector where the fan plugs in.....no 24VDC.

Replaced the side fan with the factory part. Now get an f61 error. reconnecting the old fan correects the f61 error. What can be done? The old fan makes noise. Factory fan replacement gives F61 error.
