Sony DVP-NS57P "blu ray player goes" Questions

blu ray player, it just goes through the Paramount logo and freezes, i took it back and got another one and it does the same thing. I have a bdp-s550 Sony blu ray player, Please HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!
