Connex 4600 Base CB Radio "antina" Questions

to receive or transmit very well you have to upgrade your antena to higher frequency basicaly a new antina and make sure antina wire does not have a brake in it

...in the case and even took it to a cb shop who sed it all looked good just to replace the antina with a better one was using 2 freightliner antinas. I have a 9 foot coax cabel that is new ...
