Sony RDR-VX555 "vhs player audio works video" Questions

no vhs picture. Everything works fine. I get audio on the vhs, but no picture. I can rewind and fast forward. DVD section works fine. Any ideas? I HAVE ONE OF THEM TRY HITTING YOUR "TV/VIDEO" BUTTON
